1.1 Enrollment and Access

  • Access to any course, test series, or service is granted only after successful registration and payment as per the chosen plan.
  • Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing them may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course/test series at its discretion.

1.2 Payments

  • All fees must be paid in advance through the payment methods provided.
  • Prices are subject to change at the Company’s discretion. However, once payment is completed, the price for that purchase will not change.
  • The Company is not responsible for transaction fees, taxes, or charges applied by banks or payment gateways.

1.3 User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate registration details and update them when necessary.
  • Users shall not misuse the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Any violation may result in suspension or termination of Services.

1.4 Intellectual Property Rights

  • All study materials, videos, PDFs, test papers, and other resources are the property of Rahein Education Pvt. Ltd.
  • Users are granted limited access for personal learning only.
  • Reproduction, recording, resale, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide effective learning resources, we do not guarantee exam results, rankings, or outcomes.
  • The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use Services.

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 General Rule

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.2 Exceptions

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Payment deducted but access not provided due to system error.

2.3 Refund Process
